Brigadier Sushil Bhasin captivated the audience with his presentation, “The Chartered Warrior: Where Strategy Meets Precision and Leadership Meets Numbers”. Drawing from his extensive military experience, he demonstrated its relevance in Corporate Management, bridging the gap between strategic discipline and business leadership. Referring thought leaders such as Simon Sinek, Brian Tracy, and Marshall Goldsmith, he underscored the critical role of trust in leadership, emphasizing that a simple shift in mindset can transform organizational culture. His unique perspective—shaped by his journey from a decorated military officer to a leadership trainer—offered invaluable insights on how military discipline can be effectively applied to everyday professional and personal life.
